Who
We will prioritise support for young people aged 11-25, from across the UK who have experienced some form of disadvantage.
What
During our initial years, F&LI Foundation will invest in:
1. Organisations with shared values and vision for young people
2. Partnerships that embrace a spirit of invention, and
youth-led design
3. Partnerships that enable us to learn what works most effectively in delivering our outcomes
Outcomes
We will measure our Impact with the following outcome measures:
Increased sense of agency: Young people will be able to make choices about actions that affect their lives
Increased self-efficacy: Young people will believe they can achieve what they set their mind to
Increased sense of fulfilment: Young people will feel they have discovered things that matter to them.
Impact
Our long-term impact is for young people to be clearer about their purpose, motivated to engage in the world, and excited about continuing their personal growth.
